FIROZ SHROFF, Chairman

Mr Shroff brings over 35 years experience in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, international capital markets, shares, debt instruments, currency and commodities futures, options, arbitrage, derivatives, investment banking and corporate management to Valufactory. He has extensive operations background in international retailing, real estate, construction, publishing, and investment, with a particular emphasis on the identification and acquisition of stagnant companies and distressed opportunities in need of equity and new direction. During his career, he has handled transactions in substantial ten figures for investors and his own account in both public and private settings.  Born in Pakistan, Mr. Shroff has worked in more than thirty countries, and is a resident of Canada. He is dedicated to the furtherance of social entrepreneurship, believing passionately in the twin notions of social wealth origination and valufacturing.
