Fundamentally and philosophically..., we are looking for situations where we are able to identify a structural gap – a concrete or psychological space between a potential client’s or partner’s analysis of their business reality, and our assessment. Such opportunity gaps are ubiquitous. Yet it is astonishing how often they are missed, leading to frustration, and in many cases business failure. By focusing on these gaps, and leveraging Valufactory and client intellectual and practical resources, we are able to create wealth from seemingly fallow fields.

Geopolitically, we are particularly interested in identifying opportunity gaps existing between businesses and organizations in North America and Europe on one hand, and South Asia on the other. At the general, strategic level, there are gaping cultural, linguistic, experiential, and political gaps between these respective economies. Yet it is equally obvious that successfully spanning these gaps holds tremendous wealth-generating promise for parties on either side of the “chasm.”
